Beyond employment, LAPE enhances access to productive resources and markets by providing land to youth and women under out-grower arrangements with the Kakoma Estate Sunflower Out-growers Scheme and guaranteeing ready markets for cassava, soybean, and sunflower producers. Through agribusiness incubation, tree seedling enterprise development, consultancy services, and project implementation, LAPE supports youth and women to become entrepreneurs while contributing to climate resilience and sustainable rural economic growth.
