LAPE Construction Ltd was established in June 2024 as a subsidiary of Lakeshore Agro-Processors Enterprise (LAPE), a firm with over 18 years of proven expertise in development, infrastructure, and community support. Built on a legacy of excellence, sustainability, and impact-driven construction, we are committed to delivering solutions that create lasting value for our clients and communities. LAPE Construction Ltd is fully registered with the Malawi Construction Industry Regulatory Authority (CIRA) and the Malawi Environmental Protection Authority (MEPA), ensuring that all our projects meet the highest industry standards. Our services include building projects, civil engineering, water and irrigation systems, feasibility studies, and Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs).
